Conditions for Processing Documents for the Poland Poland Flag

Demand

  • Citizens of all countries
  • Male, Female
  • Age: up to 45 years old (above 45 by individual agreement)
  • Communicative English is required

Work Conditions

  • Working hours: 8–10 hours a day, 5–6 days a week
  • Salary: 1100–1500 euros
  • Accommodation is provided by the employer (utilities paid separately)
Warehouses:
  • Product packaging and work with electric trolley and scanner
Factories:
  • Work with small parts, assembly line, quality control
Farms / Fields:
  • Picking and packing vegetables and fruits

Requested Documents for Processing

Questionnaire:
  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Citizen of
  • Country and city for visa registration
  • Embassy email
  • Start date of documents
Seasonal Work Permit:
  • Scanned copy of passport
  • Advance payment: -€ per candidate
  • Activation date of documents
Voivodeship Invitation:
  • Scanned copy of passport
  • Advance payment: -€ per candidate
  • Candidate phone number (English check)

Additionally

  • First, you send a passport scan, questionnaire, and advance payment. We then prepare a complete package including:
- Invitation
- Agreement
- Accommodation
- Letter of guarantee

After preparation, you pay the second part and receive documents via DHL or electronically (email / WhatsApp).

After visa approval, our employee will explain all next steps.

Two document processing services are available, so validity periods may differ.
